Tell them how successful your previous events at other B&N stores were.<BR/><BR/>The best way to get people to the events (don't just have book signings; do a reading or talk) is to work with the store to get media interviews and short notices. Also invite people who have signed up at your website for more information on your events.<BR/><BR/>Postcards are fine if you have a good list, but probably too expensive for the return on your investment.
