This probably won't make you feel any better, but poor customer service seems to be everywhere. I've noticed it in everything from restaurants to my hair salon.<BR/><BR/>I believe good customer service is what sets one company apart from another. In my own company I have set a standard of excellence. Our clients can be assured that they will receive the utmost attention to detail and care with their projects. Anything less is unacceptable. It used to be exciting and intriguing to jump on yahoo. Now? If you ever go into yahoo chat it's mainly infested with cockroachian bots and pedos galore. When My Yahoo comes up its like waiting for molasses to drip and as you stated, everything isn't getting updated as quickly as it should.
